1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing payments made to the Mayurbhanj Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MAYCCI) for memberships, events, services, and other offerings through its website or offline channels.

By making any payment to MAYCCI, you agree to this policy.

2. General Policy

All payments made to MAYCCI are final and non-refundable.

Once a payment has been successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except under special circumstances as outlined in this policy.

3. Exceptions (Special Cases)

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, subject to:

• Review on a case-by-case basis

• Valid justification provided by the applicant

• Approval by the MAYCCI Board or authorized governing authority

The decision of the Board shall be final and binding, and MAYCCI is not obligated to provide a refund under any circumstances.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Memberships, event registrations, or service bookings once confirmed cannot be cancelled for refund purposes

• Requests for cancellation may be submitted; however, cancellation does not guarantee any refund

5. Processing of Approved Refunds

In cases where a refund is approved:

• The refund will be processed through the original payment method, wherever feasible

• Processing time may take 7–15 working days

• Any transaction charges, taxes, or administrative fees may be deducted

6. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

In case of:

• Duplicate transactions

• Technical payment errors

Users must notify MAYCCI within 7 days of the transaction.

Such cases will be reviewed, and if validated, the excess amount may be refunded after verification and approval.

7. Non-Transferability

Payments made are non-transferable and cannot be adjusted against any other service, event, or membership unless explicitly approved by MAYCCI.

8. Changes to Policy

MAYCCI reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
